IMPORTANT: We often communicate with competition entries and contacts via email. You must therefore make sure that you have a valid email address and that your email service provider (ie Hotmail/Yahoo!) allows our emails to reach you. We have lots of interest and send lots of emails, so sometimes our emails are considered ‘junk mail’ or ‘spam’. If you have a hotmail account you must do the following to ensure that you will receive all our emails.

Go to www.hotmail.com and login

1. Click on 'options' (top right)

2. Click on 'mail' on the left hand menu

3. Click on 'junk email protection' in the sub heading

4. Click on 'safe list'.........Type in 'kentdancechallenge.co.uk' and then click 'add'

For Yahoo account holders:

1. Go to www.yahoo.co.uk and login
2. Click on 'addresses' in the main menu
3. Click 'add contact' in the sub menu
4. Type 'frances@kentdancechallenge.co.uk' in the email field and then click 'save'
