How to Enter
Places are given on a first come first served basis. Please note you are not guaranteed a place even if you have performed in previous competitions.

To confirm your place you have to send the registration form with the entry fee of £25.00 per routine. You are allowed to enter a maxium of three routines.

Q Ordering Tickets
A Group booking for schools are available in advance with discounts
Q Do dancers need tickets?
A Yes they do, all dancers, spectators, Principals and chaperones will need to purchase a ticket
Q Ticket Prices
A £10.00 One day ticket
£16.00 Two day ticket price / Advanced booking price only
Q Size of stage
A 7meters / 14 meters - 23ft / 43 ft
Q When is the cut off time for advertising?
A All advertising MUST be in by 1st September 2010
Q Show start time
A Saturday 4pm, Doors open 3.00pm - Sunday 1pm, Doors open 12pm
(Dancers must be in costume for their first routine)
Q Show finish time
A We will be finished by 10pm on Saturday and 6pm on the Sunday
(We finished the last few years on time, all times are approximate and subject to change)
Q Do you return the music? A No we do not so please make sure you make a copy.
Q Do we have changing room?
A W e have male and female changing rooms, you will have to find space in one of the rooms allocated. Please make sure you have a £1 for the lockers
Q Do I need to send a photograph and bio?
A Yes you do, you will benefit from the publicity. Please send a jpeg image and word doc to info@kentdancechallenge.co.uk before 1st September 2010
Q Do we get rehearsal time?
A No you do not get rehearsal time but if you find a space you can run through you routine.
Q What time can we arrive?
A If you are booked on a workshop please arrive 15 minutes before.
If you are not taking part in the workshops you can arrive at any time and enjoy the build up
Q Can I watch the workshop?
A Yes, you may purchase a viewing ticket at a cost of £5.00 (Tickets are limited)
Q How long are the workshops?
A The workshops vary in time.
Q How do I book onto the Workshop?
A You may request a booking form from frances@kentdancechallenge.co.uk
or collect from your principal
Q Do I have to attend on both days?
A No, you only need to buy tickets for the days you want to attend.
